Returns & Refunds policy

Because every item we create is meant to touch skin, we can’t take it back once it leaves our studio. For your safety (and ours), all jagua, henna, and gel formulas are final sale—no exchanges, no returns, no exceptions.

The only pieces you can send back are the tools that never touch skin: unused/unopened applicator bottles, stencils, and stamps. If one of those arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, e-mail us at tattoomejagua@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

For qualifying tool-only returns:

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging.

• You cover the return postage; we recommend tracked/insured mail.

• Send the parcel to: BP 12526, Ain Diab 20052, Maroc

• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 30 days.

Everything else—custom mixes, jagua pods, henna cones, gel kits—is yours to keep. By checking out you acknowledge and accept this policy.
